Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund, store credit, or an exchange under the terms below. Please read this policy carefully.
Returns — Overview
- All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, unless otherwise stated.
- Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and labels attached.
- Digital products (license keys, subscriptions, downloadable software) have special rules — see the Digital Products section below.
How to Start a Return (Return Process)
- Request an RMA: Email our Returns team at contact@safetyprolab.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely: After receiving your RMA number, place the item in its original packaging together with the completed return form and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

- If a prepaid return shipping label was included with your order, you may use it. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by KeysNova when applicable — we will confirm reimbursement eligibility when issuing the RMA.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from our receipt of the item for processing.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
- We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
Exchanges
- If you need an exchange (for the same product in a different size/model), indicate this in your RMA request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange item is more expensive, you will be charged the difference. If it is less expensive, we will refund the difference.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund, unless clearly defective or otherwise stated:
- Digital license keys, subscriptions, or downloadable products that have already been redeemed/activated on the associated activation platform.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging/labels.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
- Refund requests based solely on customer dissatisfaction due to system incompatibility (e.g., your computer does not meet minimum product requirements). Customers should verify system requirements before purchase.
Important: We reserve the right to validate the status of product keys. If a key has been activated prior to return, we may refuse refund since the service has already been provided.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately at info@safetyprolab.com (or call +31 708200360) with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Digital Products (License Keys, Subscriptions & Downloads)
- For digital items, a return/refund is only possible if the product key or license has not been redeemed. Once a key has been activated on the vendor’s platform (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe), it cannot be returned or refunded.
- If you did not receive your digital product within the promised delivery window, or you received an invalid key, contact us at info@safetyprolab.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
- In some cases we may require evidence (screenshots, order number, activation attempts) to validate the claim.
Fraud Prevention & Validation
- To protect our customers and prevent fraud, KeysNova may validate returned items and product keys. Refunds may be delayed until validation is complete. If validation shows the item/key has been redeemed or altered, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
